Free staging

How does this work?

Okay, you think you want to sell your house...first you need to know that I am an expert at this. I am accustomed to taking people from A-Z. It is an extremely stressful thing to do, to put your house on the market, so I have tried to simplify it for my clients and to shorten the exposure to the "showing zone". That's the time when your house has to be perfect and you can't even walk on the carpet. If you have kids, this is a really hard. Sometimes people can't handle this phase and move out and leave an empty house to show. This shows worse than a house with footprints. Staging fixes both of these issues.

In  order to help your house sell for the the most money, in the shortest amount of time on the market, I offer free home staging. I also offer free accessories while your home is listed with me. Statistics tell us that a staged home spends approximately 88% less time on the market.

The purpose for staging is to set a scene for the Buyer. It depersonalizes the home and makes it more appealing to a wider group of people. Buyers are savvy and they want they see on TV and in magazines. I enjoy the process of taking an ordinary home and turning it into something that buyers can't wait to get into.

In our initial meeting, we can talk about some improvements that I feel will be helpful for you. Sometimes homeowners are just on the cusp of doing a large upgrade on something that a buyer won't even care about, but should be doing something else. I will be a set of "fresh eyes" for you. I have included some items below that I highly recommend that you look at. HomeGain's Return on Staging Investment will be helpful for other items that may be needed to list your home.

Most of all, call me when you are ready to sell or buy. I look forward to being on your team with you.
